ahhh…my stomach got a much-needed break today.  i started my day with my regular 1/2 toasted whole wheat english muffin slathered with almond butter at 7am, followed by strawberries and cantaloupe at 9:30 am.  our catered lunch today was from hearthstone bakery & cafe and was much healthier than the past two days!  i opted for the olympian wrap w/chicken on a whole wheat tortilla, sun chips, a pickle, and a bit of salad.  delish!
